Speaking of moving violations, a guy in my city has a Dodge Journey that's all decaled up as a "Zombie response vehicle", some of the areas even have fake blood spatter stickers. I saw him a couple years ago get pulled over and the cop made him take the fake zombie off the roof of his vehicle. It didn't last long that he didn't have it on though. Saw it a couple months ago and it's back on there. I understand modifying vehicles, but putting a dummy dressed as a zombie on the top of your vehicle to drive around with... And again after you've got in crap for it, I'll never understand that one.
