Hey guys,
Trying to get this radiator mounted securely without a ton of brackets so I can still fit the headlights in. Driving myself crazy and doubting everything I come up with. Could you please give and thoughts and advise on this idea… thanks!

Here's what I would do. Just weld a couple 1/4" plate tabs to the frame rails and bolt an upright on each side using 1x1 1/8" tubing. The rad mount tabs could be sandwiched between the rad shell and the tubing. This way you wont see any struts on the outside for a cleaner look. Mounted several rads this way and it works fine.

ZZ, I didn’t feel like that was going to be enough support for the top of the radiator, but sounds like it may be then. Thanks

Started playing around with stuff laying around and I think I have an idea to make it work. Round bar with a couple bends, flatten the ends and drill a couple holes. This along with an L bracket at the bottom should (I hope) be strong enough to support everything.
Thanks for the input!
