just bought this car,everything is there, but I want to ratrod it,don't see any cheys like you do fords gues thats cause of all the wood? car only has one ding on the front left fender, very nice body. Any suggestions??

You are correct. You don't see many early Chevys because of the liberal use of wood for the structure. Once the wood rots, the car falls completely apart. If your wood is in decent shape, you are well ahead of the game. I think I would be tempted to just lower it a bit, change the wheels/tires, swap in a different power plant, and drive it.
