Finally got my cab home

So I finally got my cab home, and heres some pics of it, also stopped by the local tractor yard saw these two vans and scored these two grills!

Need help on deciding which one, I have plenty more stuff I need to get and I need to start working on getting stuff working lol

Nice cab but some one has stolen the floor. I have not seen a Corvair van in forever. Thanks for bringing back memories from my teen years.

Speaking of the windshield, a little pb blaster and elbow grease does a 74 year old crank good! I can't get the cab vent open and the drivers door is stuck, the handle doesn't move the slide any ideas for either of these two issues? I guess I should go start a build thread it'll be a slow start as all I have is the cab and grills, on the grills I'm probably going to use the one that looks like a rib cage

Looks like the consensus is the grill on the right ill need to make a top for it and paint it, on the hunt for front and rear axles, not sure if I need to get a really wide front axle to make up for the dually rear or not and hunting down a caddy 500 as well

Condition was I had to bring whichever grill I didn't use back and I get to keep one for free or I would... Hmmm

looks like your going to have a fun time building a new rod; Im new to this site tried to figure out how to post the pictures using the album Icon can not get it to work right, i have a better time working on my 29 rat truck at least its done and now comes the fun part getting it on the road. let me know what Im doing wrong with getting pictures up for people to see. followed the instructions and I cant get it to work I have no clue unless it can be fixed with a wrench![S
