Thanks for the pic help guys. This is the one I'm tryin to put the diesel motor in. Its got a str8 6 in it now.

Nice! It worked when I just posted a link. Thats a shot of the soon to be replaced 6 in a row. Gonna try to put that in my 27.

Cooling looking truck. I always thought the 67-72 trucks looked the best. I had a 3/4 ton 72' Chevy with a bbc, auto and air. My wife wanted a Dodge Ram in 96'. I told her my truck had everything a new truck had and it was paid for. My wife said."Don't be so cheap! Get a new truck. Besides, I like the look of the Ram". Well, got the new truck but I miss my Chevy.

truck looks good, i also drive a 70 gmc. can't beat them

thanks for the compliments guys. i know what you mean about the ram. my wife wanted me to get one back in 2001. i did, but i kept the chevy too. still got the chevy, but the ram has been sold! anybody ever put a diesel motor in one? i got a great deal on a 2004 duramax engine and allison trans out of a totaled chevy truck. i didn't think it would be that hard, but i have no experience with diesels and its not like swapping in a small block!
