I'm such a PURIST that even if I was building a Chevy or a Ford it would still have a Mopar in it.

I am building a 1964 Comet with a 5.0 from a 1983 f150, c4 from who knows what, rear end from a 1958 fairlane, pig from a 1962 T-Bird, 1977 Granada front disc. Before this question, I never thought that it wasn't a pure build.

It's all Henry, and all bolt-on. Not really rest-a-rod, more like updating.

Good enough for Government work ! But that's just me !

You are absolutely right. I just wish they would pull completely off the roadway so that the Mopars that are still running could get by safely. Oh and put flashers on those things so we can see you better.
