Started with a LS3 in my 2014 Camaro. Add Kooks Stainless 1 7/8" headers, Hiflow cats, 3" exhaust, Cold Air induction cold air intake, BBK 95mm throttle body and a tune to produce 415 hp at the rear wheels that's about 480 hp flywheel.

Finally got it back together again and on the dyno this morning. Final number 609 whp and 523 ft/lbs torque. That's over 700 hp at the crank. Time to go Hellcat hunting.

DUDE... that is rockin'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [cl[cl[cl

Its hard to comprehend all the technology we have today. If it don't have a carburetor, i dont understand. I probably could, just don't want to. Those tires are wicked!

I learned a lot LS engines during this build. The only thing really different is the fuel system and ignition which is all computer controlled.

Friend of mine here in the Philippines is building one, not sure the model. He's dropping on a big turbocharger, to go in his '33 Dodge coupé. He's talking about an easy 1000hp on basically stock engine internals.

There is an inter-cooler between the top manifold and main intake, just slips in, 2" thick, cooled by chilled water, for race days. And there will be some pretty complicated electronic control for boost and stuff.
