Here is a chopper that i am building, i have been working on it off and on for four years. I started by building a custom frame jig and then built the frame.

The engine is an ultima 120 ci. dechromed, the frame, forks handle bars and a few other misc. parts will be sanded to raw metal and clear coated. No chrome at all on this ride, just bare bones all business.

The sheet metal and many other parts will be painted or powdercoated gloss black.

I do custom fab of all kinds, you need something, or have a question, just let me know Harv.

VERY GOOD work. I would go crazy trying to decide what to chrome, coat or paint and then there are the colors. Be sure to post any updates. Does the engine mount solid to the frame, or will there be some rubber in the mounts?
Is that scalloped thing on the rear wheel, the brake rotor? Again I am really awed by all the detail.

Yes it's the rotor.

Thanks for all the kind words everyone.

It is dusty, rusty and yes in the dining room, i work on it as money permits, should be up and running by june Harv.

Looks awesome, keep up the great work and keep us posted.
What are you using to cut the plate with?

Lightspeed Mike

I have some buddies who own a machine shop, and another who owns a water jet machine, they both take care of me when i need some evil parts made. The sky is the limit with a water jet, if you can dream it, it can cut it!

Does anyone need anything? they are very reasonable.
