Default Recommendation for bulb replacement

So I have 1934 Ford truck headlights.
They house the bayonet mount light incandescent bulbs.
Are there bayonet halogen replacement bulbs, or do I need to get new sockets as well?
Let me know the set you have used.
Thanks, Tom.

I'm not sure what bayonet lights are but what you need is most likely here. Their conversions are reasonably priced.

Check out Ron Francis' Wire Works brite bulbs. They may have what you need. I have used them for years and they are bright.
