Default Wed. at Culver's

Culver's is a Minnesota/Wisconsin restaurant chain. Every Wednesday a bunch of old people with old cars gather at the Cottage Grove location 20 mile from my casa. Management even gives the participants treats. The '40 Chevy belong to my good friend Pinky. The Black Ford belongs to Mike, who sometimes hauls my dragster to the track. A couple cool Mopars.

Got a few more pics. A car man Ghia, a Triumph, Dave who drives my dragster, his Pontiac and the 500 inch Pontiac engine with the biggest turbo I've ever seen, under the bonnet of the Triumph. Runs in the 8's. Oh,, and a finger painted Autocross Miata.

Don't give up, it's far too much fun once you can drive it.

We will get some snow soon,
Mike, the owner of the '49 black Ford above, recently bought the car. The car has an awful velour interior. He recently went through a drive through window. The little cutie at the window said she really liked his car, especially the interior. She said, "It's just like the inside of my Grandmother's casket". Mike's saving for a new interior.

Nice pics. Thanks for posting.
We have Culver's in Northern lower Michigan as well, Bob.
One of the Culvers near me does a car show night as well. Must be a Culver's thing.

Here you are again Bob with all these cool car friends and cool get togethers.
The population here is just too transient and unrooted i guess.
