I love the idea! Those long doors will make for a bigger interior, always a problem with the older pickups! [cl

Nice trade OI. That Tin Indian has some bent tail feathers so you might just as well hack and slash. LOoking forward to how you do it.

Looks like the part of the body that you will be using is in pretty good shape. Will be watching for this one.[P[P[P

That one is hacked up in the back worse than than the last one.lol Will make a nice nice custom truck.

You got that right  Too bad I don't have a back end for this one as it's a touring sedan.
I done a bunch of work on the car in this pic for a neighbor and he is the person that had the one I got. This is what it would look like if it were all together.

I never have had to worry about long legs. I'm 5'9" but I do like the leg room the long doors will give it.
It does have some pretty good steel. Rust through is not an issue :)
Yes it was used as a trailer. The front frame rails were cut off and welded together to form the tongue.
This one will be on the back burner for a little while. I will have to do little bits to it between the others I'm building.

Looking at the side pic, I thought - not bad - then saw the rear
Holy Hay Wagon Batman !! Farmers will put anything with wheels to use with some hacking and scrap metal scabbed on.

At the time when they weren't worth anything, people used what they had to get by.
What's freaky, the guy my neighbor got the car from, actually found the original hood with the hood sides for it in the weeds at his place. Too bad he couldn't find the back section too.

HA! I thought that was the back section folded down around the frame ends in pic 2...[S
