It could have been an early 67 that they titled as a 66? Does the serial number match what's on the car?

Seeing as this seems to be a 66, unless there's something I don't know (very possible), it looks like a 67 or 68 body shape.

When you don't know what you're doing, it's best to do it quickly.

And when Iím gone, you can call me foolish but hopefully not boring. I will have lived.

The more I learn about women, the more I like my car.

No I agree with you it does not have a 66 rear window on the back door. But I know it's not a 68 because of the hood is completely different in the front. I probably read the paperwork wrong hahaha

The dash says '67.

Titles are often wrong, usually because somebody found the date of manufacture and ran with it!

Here's the absolute proof. Find the data tag as outlined in the link below...

This was the Raceline Catalog, a 65.

Same car on Youtube: https://youtu.be/TtEPIeIZY8Q

And a 68 Coupe:

From the body shape it was either 67 or 68, I did a little reading and 68 has a longer hood and the wipers are recessed under the back of it, 67 has the separate cowl like yours with the wipers up top in front of everyone. So I agree with Dr. C, it's most likely a 1967.

Often times, the registration will indicate the original year sold. So, it could be off by a year up or down depending on when it sold. If the VIN matches, its all good. The VIN will also verify the year model.

The thing about a '39 Ford pick-up is that that ugly grille kinda' grows on ya' after a while.

Not taking anything too seriously.

Also a good point!

I like your wheel choices lb. I also like snopro's '68 coupe pic. There's a '67 or '68 coupe runnin' around town here... black, bagged and nice wheels, too. It's an evil, wicked lookin' thing. I can't seem to corner the guy or get a picture, but I will someday...

This week my girls and I are going to clean the car on the inside. I might even pull the seat out and get it down to my upholstery guy on Friday. It is going in for window tint probably after the Thanksgiving holiday. Going dark. Way past the legal limit. But what's the fun in obeying the law. That's kind of the look I'm going for this car is dark. I agree it's a 67. What would I do without you guys thanks for the help
