I think if I knew how much that was I could help. An old big block trans combo can push 800 pounds... On the cheep a motor home axle but any forged I-beam should hold. Springs are another story.

500 kg = 1100 lbs.
As Bamamav said, a VW Golf is a FWD car... with the load carrying capacity of a rickshaw. Simply put, your car will not support an axle swap or the extra weight.
Read up on unibody or unitized body design and you will understand why this is not a reasonable idea.

Yeah, normaly its fwd, but we want to build it rwd.
We only need the mk2 Body and Doors and those things.. rest is costummade/selfmade.
We need an frontaxel who can carry the weight of the motor.
