Late 30's Chrysler product-Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler or Desoto. I had a 38 Chrysler Royale, grill was real similar to that.

Default Mopar Grill

My vote is 38 Dodge. It would have had vertical tin in the open spaces that match the body color. Terrific item

Default Grill Detail

Looking closer I see the black tin pieces are there. Gotta look closely as I age and rust. Haha.
