I can remember my dad letting me "help" him paint this truck...
he sanded it down, sort of.. then brushed on some old red lead,
think that's what they used to prime bridges with before painting..
then we... brushed on some straight enamel . I was in the first grade
when this took place. he drove this truck to work 30+ ml. for about
two years each way...
good days...good times...

Ha, not that I remember Doc...we moved from this place when I went into the 2nd grade so I'm pretty sure I was just in the 1st grade still tall but not so lanky now....
