yea, it spins around the horn button, could have been for the lights or something

Lots of early British cars had this style wheel. Austin, MG etc. Cheaper than a Ford, but about as hard to find anymore...

Still crazy after all these years!
The '63 Land Rover I'm currently building sat in a junk yard for 5 years. The only thing missing was the banjo steering wheel. I checked eBay and it is an expensive piece. I won't be replacing it in kind.
