I feel like I have seen one oF these for sale before...

But as 21 said it basically looks like 2 cabs were welded back to back... It's a strange looking beast

Kinda like a 50 Studebaker.......which way is it going?

Would have looked better welding two cabs together forward facing. I've seen a few that were built that way for the railroad and some utility companies. Probably weren't available to the general public back then.
