No, it won't. I also can't run anything larger than this MSD distributor on my tripower setup.

Maybe if you used a very big hammer................

Pertronix HEI in a stock points distributor housing - Problem solved.

Also avoids using the big ugly GM HEI unit...

A Mallory Unilite distributor is also very compact. All 3 of our cars are running one and they are very dependable.

Agreed with that Don! I have used a couple and they are great, just a little on the spendy side...

I had pretty limited firewall clearance & used a MSD dizzy too! Lil pricey but sometimes you gots ta do what ya gots ta do! [ddd

I agree a also i've them in my last 3 builfs, like bob said a little $ but will most likey go with that

I have had a lot of success with the Pertronix conversion as well, and much cheaper than a Unilite...
