nice work! bagging a long bed its tough to avoid it looking like a pipe wrench, you nailed it though!

for the air in the lines, try gravity bleeding the fronts, or if you have a vacuum bleeder give it a bunch of pulls. air in fronts always confound me.

Thanks boys! I am super happy with it.

As for the brakes I gravity bled first, then vacuum and then I did the ol manual trick. Still air somewhere [ddd

I didnt look back at what you used for a master/booster, and I will do it right after I post this (haha) but make sure you have a disc master, and make sure you got the right booster. I had two trucks with changed boosters, one slightly pushed the master and made the brakes drag, the other had a gap between the rod and the master and take up was delayed and spongy and I had to push the tar out of it. in the first case (probably not your problem) I had to shave the plastic button in the booster down, in the second I had to extend it.

oh and make sure you have the right end hooked up, on my s10 stuff the forward outlet of master is intended for the REAR brakes, and vice versa. I have had guys argue it, but I know for sure whats right. yours should be labeled or marked in some way.

These back brake brakes are notorious for not being square with the rotors.
When the brakes are applied the pads don't contact the rotors flat and it gives a spongy pedal and you'll think there's air in the system but, there isn't.
I've also had the front brackets not be square with the rotor too.
Unfortunately, you have to bend the brackets to make them work right.

The booster and master cylinder are a paired set ford disc/disc combo. Still could have an issue hahahaha. I need to check the push rod between the 2 I think its adjustable and could be 2 short.

Thanks old iron, i will check out the rear calipers!!

I'm not going to even get into the "fun" I'm having with this thing right now. The motor is out so I can roll new bearings in it after the low oil pressure start up. The mains look really good. Just more of a precaution

It does look good though

Hahahahahahaha, didnt notice that!!!!

It does feel good!! Finally!!

Thanks for the support guys. It's been a great build and I am happy with me final product. But the third Drive did not nearly go as well as the first. I took it this evening to go get ice cream for my girls and pooped head gasket out. I had just opened my big mouth and told my dad I was going to recheck the torque on them tomorrow so, not sure that would have saved it but not sure why it did it so back apart we come. I did get a couple cool rolling shots of it today courtesy of my brother-in-law. Because for the second Drive I took him to pick up his Cadillac from getting an alignment
I also got three nice even coat of clear put on the bed floor tonight not that that matters now
