here is a tig electrode sharpener I made today
HF trim router 2" 3M roloc disc mounted to a 1/4" plate
bracket with small holes to run the electrodes through twist to grind.

sigh..........I don't have a tig and never learned to weld with one. maybe next year if the garage addition is finished.
 
I just hold it to the side of the grinder wheel and twist. That way the lines go down the point, not across. And I really have to stop sticking the tungston into the work metal! This is why I am so good and grinding them. again. and again. and again. ARGH!
