[SI know that I should remember this, but I am old and I dont. What is the max angle I can have on the driveshaft/trans. I was thinking 3-4 degrees, but dont know. I think pinion angle is 2-3 degrees, but I have CSR today. any help would get me back on schedule.....maybe. thanks

3 degrees is the usual set up for street. From bad memory, I think I've read 7 degrees or more will start causing problems. You don't want zero. Most importantly, you need tailshaft and pinion at the same angle.

Angle of the dangle

Angle is not important, matching the angle to the trans angle is more important. We run as much as 10 degree's but on lifted trucks no problem. Doesn't affect it actual function, just make sure it full of fluid.

Do that on a car and you'll get some looks that are not encouraging.
