I was wondering if it was a cooler of sum sort. There've been some interesting ideas tried over the years for stuff like that. I found a machine in an old car when I was a kid that was a fan mounted ice tray. I removed it from the tranny hump under the dash. You filled the tray with ice and turned the 6 volt fan on and it worked some although ice doesn't last long here...
