I'm about to the point where I need lights.
Headlights, to me are pretty important living deep in the sticks.
I need to see the deer coming :D

I've got a pair of headlights from an unknown year Chevy. Anyone know what year these are from? That might help my search for a sealed beam or h4 conversion.....or better.
I can find conversions for 7" glass all day long but these are 8".
I small part of me wants to just go junk yard'ing and find a set of headlights that have a metal bulb mount of something and weld the mount to th ac, of the original buckets. But having done a couple HID/projector and LED/projector conversions, I'm in the up &I up about beam pattern and cut offs and I know darn well this is NOT the right way to go.
My next thought was to install projectors behind the factory glass and go that route. Try to keep the projector as close to the original glass inside to minimize the distortion of the projector light through the original glass diffuser.

I'd like some input as to a realistic, safe and effective solution.
Any ideas?
