Here is my bulid i have just stared it's a 1939 vauxhall 10 four door,I have chopped the roof six inches, cut the original running gear out and fitted the body onto a reliant scimitar chassis.I then streched the chassis eight inches to make space for the 6.2 v8 gmc turbo diesel.I have mocked up some picks today with the front bumper and grill let me know what you think

Looks good to me! What you going to do for springs? Your fronts look a little...uh...stiff. Those must hae some tall glass, If took 6" outta my windshield, I'd have little more than a slit!

Cool! It's great that we are starting to see some European builds on here. Never see any car like that in person in the states!

cheers guys
a few more pics,i am still working out how things will fit, i have started on chopping the doors tonight will post some more pics of that jigsaw soon.

I like the grill dosent look the best from that angle and there is an angry looking man stood near it.
its looking good with the doors done but from that angle it looks like it would look better with massive back wheels like mikey has on his y rod,but from the back those wheels you have on look good sticking right out..

yes but there is a happy chap inside !.I am going to cut the centre out of the rear rims and flip them so the wheels will clear the body when i drop it on the deck.

the way i have the body mounted on the chassis now, when the body is on the floor i still have about 3 inches more suspension travel lower so i can go with a wheel 6 inches taller and still get it on the deck,if that makes sense .bit more done tonight,mm how did i make the doors fit on the drivers side again
