Default Chassis Engineering closing their doors

Went to Chassis Engineering Inc. site and found out they are out of business. They say they are selling off their inventory after Thanksgiving. That's a shame because they have put out quality parts for 53 years.

Well that just sucks. I have their catalog and just thought yesterday that I should order a couple things. They really have some great stuff.

Wow... that is disappointing! I've used their stuff in several cars & was always impressed with their products! RIP!!!

It's coming back around. 30 years ago new/repop stuff was scarce. Then a lot of good people got in it. Now they are getting old and dieing off.

Sad news for sure! Bought their products for my 37. Extremely happy with quality and service. Seems like all the good ones are going out!

I wouldn't be surprised if someone bought the designs for their products. Their stuff is too good to disappear.

Yes, the owner passed away October 17th and that is what led to the decision to close, apparently.
