The truck is less squirrely than either the 27 chevy or the jeep.
8000 lbs and a long wheelbase help.
And once we get modern steering i wont have to keep both hands on the wheel every second.

M*A*S*H

cooollness !!!!!!!!!!!!!..

waits for dashcam...

'hotlips' or 'clinger' not on my 'radar' in that pic.....:D.

Itll go 50mph on any grade i found so far.
I think I have vapor lock
When its warm it dies at stoplights.
Starts right up again

Doesn't sound like vapor lock, it wouldn't crank right back, would have to cool first. Low float level, low fuel pressure, dirt in carb all could cause it to die like that. If you are running a mechanical pump, it might not be providing enough fuel at idle and be fine at higher RPM's.

The small metal fuel filter on the electric fuel pump is REALLY hard to remove.
I am going to modify it somehow to make it easier to change.

On another note
Went for a 80 mile drive
You know that you are doing it right when truckers honk and give you the thumbs up
