You know I looked at that exact same pile of parts for sale in Colorado for over a year and no one would buy it. I almost considered the drive out just to get it! Good score man, and I am glad it got a good home.

The only bad about it after removing the skin I checked the frame and it was bent 9 ways to Sunday. But the tin was worth it.

Is that the tin that was on eBay? I was teempted too, except for travel distance

You can be proud of the finished product when you start with a pile of tin that is pretty rough.

That's ok, the tin is what you wanted anyway, right? You'd likely build everything else....

I would of liked to use the old, It was realy cool the way it was shaped. But I will make do with some of the frame

I got it off Craigslist (I'll be going to Craigslist rehab soon:rolleyes:) after I got it home and was looking for pics of what it once looked like back in the day I found it on H. site (reframed from typing the H word)

Nice score! I like'm both! [cl[cl

Thanks, pretty happy with the score. but the driveway is starting to get a little cramped

Im really digging the tub. That one oughta be fun. Wonder how many people are gonna mistake that for a T?

I think I'll get a few replys "Nice T" we will see.

Here is the bad cowl I started with. formed it to the frame starting to look like a cowl again
