1926 Nash(can)

Once again going in over my head. Found a 1926 nash touring. Came with an extra tub and cowl, Both realy ruff. the ruff stuff is going to be a little roadster the other is going to become a two door, set the good stuff up for the mock ups, Hitting the shorty this week end[.

And I was just looking for a cowl and found this. pretty stoked will be going back and forth on 3 rides in a one car garage going to be alot of cool days in the driveway

You know I looked at that exact same pile of parts for sale in Colorado for over a year and no one would buy it. I almost considered the drive out just to get it! Good score man, and I am glad it got a good home.

The only bad about it after removing the skin I checked the frame and it was bent 9 ways to Sunday. But the tin was worth it.

That's ok, the tin is what you wanted anyway, right? You'd likely build everything else....

Is that the tin that was on eBay? I was teempted too, except for travel distance

You can be proud of the finished product when you start with a pile of tin that is pretty rough.

I would of liked to use the old, It was realy cool the way it was shaped. But I will make do with some of the frame

I got it off Craigslist (I'll be going to Craigslist rehab soon) after I got it home and was looking for pics of what it once looked like back in the day I found it on H. site (reframed from typing the H word)

i love these style bodies. Ill be watching with great interest. Also love the fab work for the cowl. looks great. Cant wait to see more

Here is the bad cowl I started with. formed it to the frame starting to look like a cowl again

Finished the cowl frame and skin came out looking decent.

Working on the tub

Reshaped the back and linded up to the cowl. Will get better pics in day light
