After re-doing most of my fuel system, including removal of the gas tank, I took the '56 for a spin to see if things got any better. I'm happy to say the fuel supply problem seems to be a thing of the past. I live at 7,600' of elevation, in the world's largest alpine valley, between the Sangre de Cristo and San Juan ranges of the Rocky Mountains. The ride was a real mind-cleanser and the weather was gorgeous.

We vacationed in your beautiful state for ten years in a row. I can appreciate a ride at 7,600 feet.
