here is the work on the wheelhouses
I widened them 1 3/4 plus they were toast from a previous build
they were mostly fiberglass and some dumpster metal to begin with
These were made with very high tech tools
I used the tuck shrink method followed by planishing on an acetylene bottle cap welded to my work bench, then used a crescent wrench to fold over. They were then butted and tigged

the QTR corner was over 1 inch thick of bondo and glass to begin with
I made patterns then began to fold over(using my knee)
used a HF shrinker/stretcher to work the bottom fold
laid out the body lines and formed then with a hammer/dolly and block of wood
sorry, I didnt take a finished photo after metal finishing

How long did that stuff take you? Like the corners on the 33?
the rear corners took about 8-10 hours to shape and install
all the bead work was hammered by hand
I have a small shop with basic shaping tools
nothing like the full shop I used to work at
these qtr corners are available but I hate buying parts

thanks
the 59 sheetmetal is about done
luckily another shop is doing the paint an body
I promised the wife Im gonna work on her car
