More info on Coupe I had a 10 bolt top Ford 4 speed tranny in this car. It was my original Tasca Ford tranny 1964 Ford galaxie 390 cu incn which I drove for 25 years, This 4 speed is a special close ratio Ford 4 speed from Ford in 1964 option. I have to get in the shop and do some work ill post more later tonight see yah all.

Photos of the Mustang 2 front brake calipers, I like to rebuild everything if I can safves lots of money. but these gems the pistons would not budge so I did what i have done in the past. I drilled a hole in the back of the caliper inline with the piston and drove the piston out with a hradened 5/15 bolt. Then i threaded the hole with a 5/8 by fine thread bolt and use some sealant on the threads. Most people would just buy new, but thats why I have more cash for Mig gas, welding rods, steel and the list goes on. you will see a lot of these money savers as I go along here. I have more time than money if it dont work out ill do something else.

id suggest outsource the welding on the structural stuff. i like the body. i want to do it to.
Photos are the other choices I had for engines in this Build. We decided (my brother in law) the 302 Cobra engine will go in the Mekur with a C4. And the other engine is a 1948 Ford Flathead engine that i decided not to use because of the costs. I have the Mercury Flat head engine all apart so I will eventually rebuild that one. The 302 is to hot for the street it has Highly Modified 1969 351 windsor heads with shortened 390 valves in them. I built these to compete with the Chev 2.02 valve heads. But mine were promptly outlawed by the track promoters. hmm dont stink up the program I was told. Anyway Ill take them off as well as the cam etc and put on some street heads with a milder cam.
