Got to use my elusive copper rivets today. Took 148 of them to fasten the roof skin to the 3/4 frame work.

Been working on some more small things I can do while I'm shuffling around the shop. When I built the hood I welded 3/4"sqr tube to the lower edges to stiffen them, wasn't real happy with that so I made some new ones out of 18 gauge steel. They look pretty simple but they were a bear to make with the tools I have.

Here's the new replacements pieces.







Here is what I first put on.





And here is the replacements.









I ordered four old style hood latches like would be on a Jeep like IRPops is working on. I will put a couple dowels to hols the hood centered when it is latched.
