Default Hello from New Mexico

I have been working on cars since I was 8 or 9 years old when I got my first go-kart. Took the engine out of the lawn mower...my first engine swap.
I have no brand loyalties or types. I like anything with wheel and and an engine.

I own muscle cars, a Ford, Chevy, Dodge and AMC. I also have 2 Studebakers, a 1950 Champion Street Rod which was my first car the one I drove to high school. It has a 400 Chevy, 700R4, Fatman front clip and Mustang II, Leather uphostery etc. I also have a 54 Stude pick-up that belonged to my wife's grandfather. Nice rusty patina...body work is done on it. I plan on putting in a 454 and convert the front end to disk brakes and keep the stock front axle, 10 bolt 3.73 posi rear.

My latest project is a 1951 Ford F1 body "Seattle Engineering Dept #96" on both doors. I am still gathering parts for it. Chevy 250 6 power I'll use the 350TH I have laying around. Minneapolis Moline Tractor grille shell, AC tractor gas tank and a 64 Chevy bed a friend told me to haul away. I am sure I'll lots of question before I'm done with this one

Default 51 Ford Truck

Here are some more photos of my next project. Its a 51 Ford Pickup cab that I plan on making a "Bobber" truck. I have a Minnie Mo tractor grille and an AC grille and an AC tractor gas tank and a bed from a 64 Chevy. I think I prefer the Minne Mo grille. I also have a Chevy 250 inliner for power. It will have an Offy 3X1 manifold with home made exhaust pipies. I will use a 2"x3" frame with kick ups both front and rear. Cab will be chopped 4" and channeled over the frame real low. I haven't decided if I want to do a suicide front end or a Model A crossmember. I have 2 10 bolts laying around that needs to go in something.

Any suggestions on what type of front end and what carbs to use would be appreciated.

My 1968 Mustang Fastback too.
