Since I built this 37 GMC for Peabody and him being so gracious on selling it to me, I'm gonna start this thread to show the transformation to what I had imagined the truck evolving into. If that's alright with all of you on the forum? [P
I will start with some early pics, without narration, and bring it up to the present.
 
First thing was to see if the Bonehead ornament would work on the truck.
The wife said absolutely NO, it is going on the truck it was intended, our shop truck the Bone Collector :cool:

So I designed this one and cut it out in three layers on the ole CNC plasma

I painted it semi gloss black, poured a mixture of Hot Rod Flats Atomic Orange and clearcoat into the GMC then let it cure.

Mounted it on it's new resting place

Thought I'd better post some pics so ya didn't think I forgot.

Thought while the dash was out I'd install an A/C and heat unit.

Took this little heater out
