well i thought about flattening the tires and i have some bags of cement.it probably wouldnt get very good gas mileage though.probably move rear axle above springs and lose a leaf or two.where can i get lowering springs for the front? does anyone make dropped spindles for this truck?

i just bought a 92 dodge shortbed..it has the v6 and 5speed. it runs good and i plan to drive it daily when not in my 88 dodge 3/4 ton worktruck.how is the best and cheapest way to lower this truck
