Has anyone used a speedway medium arch spring on a model a frame? I'm having clearance issues with the shackles and the ends of the cross member the spring sits in. I think if I trim the ends of the cross member off so it is flush with the sides of the frame it might work. I was just curious...

I picked up a 36 Ford pickup steering column at a swap meet today. Has anyone used one push pull style? I mocked it up and think it will work?

[/URL][/IMG] I got my engine and transmission mounted today. I mounted it low enough so my floor should be flat.

Looks awesome. I am excited to see this one progress.

It is not in place yet. I just set every thing in place to get a look at it. I will have to z the frame in the back.

My friend Andy asked me to start this thread for him and post some pictures for him. What he has got is a 39 chevy that he is building a salt flats truck out of. I went over today and helped him start his 3" chop. He should chime in later and tell you about his future plans for the truck...

I would stretch the doors if it was me.
