Had some help from my oldest daughter tonight. My son was helping the other day so she wanted a turn. My son even welded a little, not bad for a 7 year old.

Just get out there with a hair dryer and an extension cord and get it melted LOL. I'll be welding on mine more today. I am anxious to get this top done and get the motor in.
Nah, if I had the money for the performance stuff maybe but I already have a built 360 making around 400 horse to drop in it. 360 motor, 727 trans, and a 8 3/4 axle with 3.23 gears are going in it.
Title kind of says it all. I had never planned on chopping this car myself but didn't have the money to pay for it so I did it myself. I am glad I did as it is an amazing feeling to be doing all myself. Check out the pics and let me know what you think.
Thanks for the add. I heard about this site from Torchie and had to check it out. I am currently building a 52 Plymouth Cranbrook. It is my first serious build and it is coming along little by little.
