Yes the A piller is what I am talking about. I did try to push them in some but kinda looked wrong. I went to show this weekend and there was a guy I asked and his answer was I shouldn't cut if you dont know. Didn't really like that answer lol. Hell I have to learn some way i figure.

I have a 31'Model A 4dr that I have chopped 5.5" but I am having a problem with with the front. When I set the top of the front window on it is about .5" wider and doesn't match up. Do I have to cut the top brace in the middle also to bring the post in?

How do I go about getting the door to open and close easy before i start to brace the thing up? I know I could take it to a shop and pay them but would really like to do it myself if i can. I have the body off the frame now because that didn't seem to matter as far as opening and closing the doors.

I have a 30' Model A fordor and the wood inside is kind of rough. None of the doors will close with out big gaps. I was thinking about it would be better to replace them with steel but kinda new to this.I sure I can pull the wood out and use them to make new wood ones. Any draw backs to doing...

Ok I really want to go ahead and start working on the car but kinda lost on where to start.I know the direction I want to go on it. I think I should remove the body and start boxing in the frame and get the Suspension done.Then worry about the body mods. Is that the best way to go at it??

Yeah my problem is she works at Honda and is around new cars all the time. She is fine with all the cars I play with seeing that is what I have always done.:D She just doesn't like the cars that are so rough looking that they look like the door is going to fall while you are driving..
