Feeding a curved piece is extreme tough. I rolled my fender lips in 1" round and cut in half. I was able to clean it up and make it work, it still was frustrating

I made my own, 2500 miles into it not an issue. I used gm pedal bushings and coated steel pivot bushing used in offroad racing suspension.

Jet hot in and out is one of the most impressive things I've seen, you wouldn't believe how hot the exhaust gases are, but exhaust tubing temps are reduced dramatically

Stretch the doors is my vote, harder, but I think it's the right thing to do for the car

He clearly states its for mock up... That being said Morgans still have wood chassis's and they put 500hp 427 small blocks in them..

They had me do a appraisal, they put it as a custom/show car policy with the appraisals value. Truck looks sweet btw

They make stainless wire, I've never used it as I tig weld my stainless, a regular er70 wire weld will rust however. Zz, grill looks great, I should done somthing like yours, instead of aluminum for mine, it came out fine but it's life was on the edge of flying out the door more than few times.

I had my body blasted twice, both times it was under 300, I had some bad pitting in my roof, the blasting didnt hurt it either time. It was epoxied and got a couple light coats of filler. I left some of the pitting for the patina give it some realistic texture

Thanks bob, I do agree with the wheels, but I did change them from what I started with, originally it had polished stock c6 wheels and these are the bright silver grand sport wheels, the polished did not look right against the green. The color is one of te things complimented on the most. Thank...

Hahaha I'm sorry I've been busy! I got the Hudson's corvette all torn apart, had the car show, which went great. Without sounding full of myself, the car got more attention. Then anything there. It got 25-30mpg going up north. I will get video I promise upload image free

It's done on the wheel balance machine it has a big drum that is pressed into the tire to simulate load. Discount tire has switched most of the locations I've been to a Road force machines. The dealership I was a line mechanic at had one, awesome machine.
