    Hello from S.E. Okla.....!

There's a guy in Achille that works out of an old gas station making bbq grilles. He has a all steel 23' t that looks rat rod-ish. He also has a 50-something COE cab, a 30 chevy tudor ,and lots of other cars. I never see him at any local shows or even driving around. Dunno? We're maybe starting...

How do I build the rest of the cab?

Do I mount the cab and THEN build the floor, or vice-versa? Fabricating door jambs is scary given my current set of metal shaping skills. I like the square look of the back of the cab though. What about a removable center roof section?

    Hello from S.E. Okla.....!

Ok, here's some pics Just a few I just snapped. Trying to decide if I want a coil spring rear or a quarter elliptic. I bought the rear end with brackets already set up for 1/4 elliptic. I dont like the lack of clearance.

    Hello from S.E. Okla.....!

I'm a newbie to the rat rod arena. Had muscle cars most of my life but fell in love with the enginering and the idea I could build a car and not have to take out a loan. Also, another site had too much "senior drama" that if you aren't "lingo correct" you get verbally assaulted with other senior...

How do I build the rest of the cab?

I bought this 30' Chrysler truck cab and I'm at a loss on how to fabricate the back of the cab. Any ideas that are affordable. Wood? Fiberglass? The original got trampled by horses, it was in a pasture. The metal is sound, just need the back. I just used the pics I had. Sorry.
