    What do you think?

I have just saw a '47 Hudson that in my mind is almost too nice to pass up (and chop up). What I'm curious about is what would you offer to the owner? He has left it up to me to make an offer. The interior is toast and the Super Six engine is seized ( probably a solid boat anchor ) however the...

1952? International /1983 Chev: Match made in hell!!!!

I just got this little beauty and am going to put the '83 Chev drivetrain under it as well as the front suspension. I am planning on using the stock frame and grinding the rivets off for the parts that don't quite work for me !!! In case anyone is curious why: I hate the way these GM products...

Wife says; OH NO, Not more...

I have another 'Binder to start building. I think this one is a prime candidate for a REAL rat rod.[S I bought it for $150 CDN just for internal engine parts I need in my R130. The engine in this bomb turns over [cl[cl[cl A previous owner tried to put a Chebby differential under it and I'm...

    Heavy metal

I got this beast for $50. and a set of used tires. So now it is what should I do with it? I saw the videos of Stacy David (Gears)and his treatment of a '68 COE. If I had the kind of money he is able to use I would buy a new highway tractor to play with. I'm unsure how the drive train is at this...

    My instant classic!

These pics are from the first couple of days that I owned the '53. Just got her home to discover almost everything is free, not seized like I figured it would be . [cl Over the next little while I'll be concentrating on freeing up the only 2 things stuck; the engine:( and the transmission...

Losing the 3 piece rims on a '53 Binder

I am curious if someone out there knows how I could retain the leaf spring/dropped axle on my R130 but get updated rims (these 17" 3 piece ones are terrible to get rubber for). I love the look of the drop axle but want something a bit easier to get custom rims/tires. Sorry about the way it looks...

A couple of pics of my sweet truck

Yes I like the old 'binders and this one's older than I am with a lot fewer miles on it LOL ( it only has 32000 and change)

    Hello from Alberta

I'm glad to find a place to chat about old cars & trucks. Currently I am working on a 1953 International R130 (in case you are interested that's a one ton)that I purchased for $500 Canadian here in East-central Alberta. You can see a pic of it on the main link I guess and tell me which way you...
