yes the engine need almost every gasket changed. How do you think it would run on gasoline? it turns over once and starts right now no problem.

more take apart. drivers fender had some previous repair work which involved screwing the fender to the post near the door and then bondo over the screws :mad: not a cool repair at all. Had to cut some bolts as the nuts were too rusted to just come off, overall it needs some rust repair but...

ya its kinda growing on me cant wait to clean garage and getter stripped and get to work !

actually its a brand new 3/4 inch drive swivel I squared off my steering shaft drilled a hole through where the hole in the swivel was and walla it steers great!

Update, 472 timing chain worn out + HEI dist = no run :mad: oh well took a break went to the Radium car show and when I got home my parts were in. Now the chain is installed and the rest is almost re-assembled again! cross fingers it fires this time!!
