no, but I did use it on the underside of floor & wheel wells on my '68 camaro. I used herculiner, which can be brushed or rolled as well as sprayed on. I have also used upol & SEM kits. rolling is easier & less messy, you can get a finer texture spraying but it makes a huge mess. they all stink...

pix yep leanin towards a jag ifs ......just missed out on a whole xj6, it got sent to the crusher @ 3.5 cents a lb I like the idea of a sid's dropped axle, just too expensive by the time you add disc's & come up with some kinda modern box for it..... plan is to take care of drivetrain...

if I do go with the s10, I was going to use wheel spacers to get the track width where it needs to be....anyone got experience with these? I imagine it fargs up scrub radius among other things? it hasn't dried out enough here for me to dig the truck out of storage & take pix.....funny we had a...

I know it's too late since you chucked them, but have any of you tried a carbide blade in a chop saw? I can't remember the brand, but I used one at a friends fab shop & it worked great. no lubrication required. I know they aren't cheap....think he said he bought them off of ebay I have had...

sounds like a neat truck..... have you looked at ebay sold listings? searched craigslist? other than a museum, I don't know what the truck could practically be used for. I imagine that the next owner will use the sheetmetal on a project & sell the rest... got any pix?

I recently picked up a stepside '60 f100 that I am going to do a (hopefully) quick build on & test the market for a safe, reliable old truck here in the SE. it's raining, so no pix, I don't feel like getting my truck stuck in the mud to go shoot photos.... it's a decent truck with good patina...

kevin here been a lurker for awhile & just pulled the trigger on a '60 effie FWIW I built & crewed on lotsa stuff here in Charlotte since 2000 & have been scratchin around lately on my own trying to stay married & make a buck. I currently do the clutch on the Greek's TF car, a nice diversion...
