I have a 31'Model A 4dr that I have chopped 5.5" but I am having a problem with with the front. When I set the top of the front window on it is about .5" wider and doesn't match up. Do I have to cut the top brace in the middle also to bring the post in?

What are some part vendors out there that sell parts for the Ford Model A? I know I could find most of the little parts at a few swap meets but I really don't ever hear about any. So I figure I would just buy them new if they are out there.

Ok I really want to go ahead and start working on the car but kinda lost on where to start.I know the direction I want to go on it. I think I should remove the body and start boxing in the frame and get the Suspension done.Then worry about the body mods. Is that the best way to go at it??
