    Triangulated 4 Link question

If i am reading this right your wanting to run your upper arms with the frame side together and the axle end spread out? If this is correct, I would advise against it. This will not give the car a good ride at all. You will fight the geometry all the way It is completely backwards by...

Lets get some opinions. i am working with the cut off remains of a dana 44 8 lug axle. I dont know if i should try and square out what i have or ditch the knuckles and try to remake my own. I can get to a laser cutter and can weld up my own axle based on basic geometry...but am trying to...

this is the latest photo i have taken, but things have changed since then even. The tires are 31x9 on a 16" split wheel and frankly look cool as hell. This was a deal i still cant believe i found. They fit perfect, are the size i was looking for, have that narrow mud profile and came mounted and...

Will 1/2 inch thick solid rebar radius arms work???

well put, anything safety wise, i go with proven strong material. Its simply safer. I would also rather take the time making something safe just appear scary and dangerous, having peace of mind its safe. Not worth the risk for me or others out there.

Thanks for the 1x2 advice. I was thinking maybe making the main supports that size and the secondary supports 1x1. I was thinking 14 ga wall is what was going to help me, but i can go 1/8 if you guys think it necessary. As far as the floors they look good until you see them from underneath...
