Eshbach park in Yakima, Wa is really nice. It has a two acre pond that is fairly shallow, lots of trees, parking, barbeque areas, plus they're set up to handle large groups... you can reserve it for large groups also. http://www.yakimacounty.us/Transportation/EschbachPark.htm
