Bought one for my rod, said it is a direct fit for a 28/29 model A with flathead v8. NOT! mount pads are off by 1/2 hole on each side, but still not bad for the price.

I have a pair of 29/30 chevy headlights that are about 10.5 in diameter.

i'll fes-up, i'm not a rat rodder, i am building a traditional early 50's hot rod. I think the only differance is i have paint and interior, as long as it's safe who gives a crap! When i go to car shows i look at all the hot rods, including rat rods, why? because i learn from them. nuf said...

My dad was always a dodge man, he had other brands but always went back to dodge. When i was 16 i bought my first car, it was a 67 mustang coupe, he almost threw-up! Been driven fords ever since and they have never let me down

never take someones word that its was overhauled! always check for your self. mine was also "overhauled" i pulled it apart and it had been overhauled a number of years ago but had a bad gouge in the #6 clylnder. Out to the the machine shop for a sleeve, hardened seats and a deck job. all else...

I'm building a flattie for my rod and most of you are right, it is expensive. and thats not including any go fast goodies, just a basic 8ba with 30 over to clean it up!! But it is about the look, especially on a 27 T.

I lost my father almost 33 years ago, he was a mechanic all his life. I know he didn't think i learned very much from him in our short time together, but i did. He restored a 27 model t coupe several years before he passed and i still have it to this day. And now i am building a 27 tudor hot...

Here in the state of Washington all we supposedly need is a bill of sale for the body,the frame, and the engine. A number of rodders here have all told me this so hope its true when i go to title mine next spring:confused:
