Interesting. Once I get car to new place I'll see if I can mechanicalize the carb, I've done it to jap carbs for dirt track. I'll keep looking about and talk to a couple of guys that fool around with turbos. I'm not chasing mega power, mainly just for shock factor

Care to share any live links? The vids I've watched all used double pumper. I'd be keen to use this vac sec as I've spent money on it. (scrooge, moneys tight.,etc) Turbo idea is really for what the heck factor. The power gain is unimportant.

Bought some engine mounts. They are originally for a Nissan Patrol 4.2 turbo diesel. Need to gently cut 20mm off the inside edge.

It runs! Carb needs a rekit, which I've ordered. It was a bit flooded (pulled number one plug to check spark, it fired up immediately on 5!!!) and it ignited a pool of fuel under the exhaust. Me and old man had a laugh and a half about it. Sounded healthy.
