Good evening, I recently purchased what I believe to be a 1929 Model A. The previous owner said it was a "coupe", but I'm not sure. Did this thing have a roof, and what was it made of? I found a "vin" number stamped on the top of the frame on the drivers side, about where the firewall would be. Ive got the cab off the frame, and am going to replace his transmission mount, as it seemed a little sketchy...Anyway, theres not really much left to do, electrical wiring (I got 1 light wired up today!), mounting battery (if I can find a place), remounting the cab (should I use rubber pads, or mount it directly to the frame?), tail lights, and interior work like seats etc... I will post a few pics of the frame, and what has been done so far. If you see any areas of concern, or something that doesn't look kosher, please let me know... thanks, and I will keep ya posted as things progress
