1950 chevy truck front end?

So I am in the process of making this truck into a rat rod and the front end looks pretty beat up I was wondering if any one had some suggestions on what I could do to improve or rebuild it? With out changing the whole front end.

we are talking body ? I like the rats with just another type of grill in them 20s 30s or (some) tractor grills .. But I have seen a few rats that were full bodied that look good ... you got any pictures ,,?? that will help on suggestions [P[P
