Been busy last while. Rod now has a VIN, still looking for a mechanic to do an Out of Province inspection.
Anyone from Alberta have some suggestions?

The way I stumbled onto some, is by going to a garage and asking if they do 'out of province' inspections, and if they say 'no', then ask them if they know of a garage that does. Eventually, you'll find one.
